Thirty-day request window
Open an eligible return or exchange request for a new Good Molecules product within 30 days after it arrives. We accept qualifying defective and non-defective returns. A preference or mistaken-choice return must be new, unused and kept in original condition. Faults, damage, missing components, incorrect shipments and substantial listing mismatches may also be reviewed. Applicable statutory rights are preserved.
Obtain approval first
Send ceganatisug08@gmail.com the order number, purchase email and reason. Photographs or video help document a problem item; retain its parcel materials and parts. Do not send the item until approval, the correct destination and return directions are provided. The store mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.
Mailing and exchanges
The original package contains a free prepaid label for an eligible postal return. Use it after approval and request help if it is missing or lost. We charge no restocking fee. Exchange and replacement availability is determined during review.
Money returned after approval
The refund is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. The financial institution may take additional time to display the credit.
