Before a parcel leaves
A successfully authorized Good Molecules purchase normally needs 1–2 business days for handling. Once it ships, the carrier journey is a different period estimated at 4–6 business days. Those estimates exclude weekends and applicable holidays and are not a guaranteed delivery appointment.
Confirm the destination
The services and fees available for a destination appear during checkout. Review the building number, street, unit, city, state and postal code so that the carrier receives complete directions.
When delivery needs investigation
Follow the tracking notice issued for the parcel. For a prolonged delay, stopped scan, damaged package or a delivered status without the shipment, write to ceganatisug08@gmail.com and provide the order and tracking numbers. The store may first need a carrier investigation.
